Job Summary
Ciocca Chevrolet Princeton is hiring Client Advisors to welcome customers, guide them through the vehicle purchase, deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations, build relationships, and follow a proven sales process with management support. The role emphasizes delivering a strong customer experience and requires motivation, coachability, customer focus, excellent communication and listening skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license. Automotive experience is a plus but not required as paid training is provided. Compensation includes base salary with performance bonuses or 18%-20% commission, paid training, and potential earnings of $100,000+ plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within Ciocca Automotive. Location-based employment is in Lawrenceville, NJ (US).
