Job Summary
Automotive Sales / Car Buying Coach role at Little Joe’s Mitsubishi in Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities include helping customers find the right vehicle, working showroom and inbound/outbound leads (internet, phone, text), following up consistently, setting appointments, arranging test drives, learning inventory and financing basics, sending videos/texts/calls/emails to stay in front of buyers, and closing deals to earn commissions. The position emphasizes a proactive, coachable mindset with a focus on learning the sales process and delivering customer-centric service; prior sales or customer service experience is a plus and training is offered. Schedule features Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM with one weekday off and Saturday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, closed Sundays.
