Job Summary
Greet and guide clients through their purchase experience; assist clients in identifying the right vehicle; conduct product presentations and demonstration drives; build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients; opportunities for advancement within Ciocca BMW of York. Requirements include strong listening and communication skills, attention to detail, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and a self-motivated, positive attitude. Prior experience is a plus, but training is provided. Competitive compensation with income potential up to $100,000 or more and benefits such as PTO, holidays, comprehensive health insurance, employee pricing, 401(k), and internal advancement.
