Job Summary
Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, then follow up with prospective customers to set appointments and generate leads for the sales team. Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs in the dealership's CRM system while collaborating closely with sales staff to ensure timely communication. Provide product information and answer general questions about Subaru vehicles and dealership services, assisting in managing and organizing sales appointments and test drives. This role offers competitive monthly compensation of $3,000.00 - $4,000.00, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for growth within Subaru Evergreen Park.
Required Qualifications
