Job Summary
Review online vehicle inventory daily to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Respond to in-store and online inquiries via CRM, chat, email, text, and social media to match guests with appropriate vehicles. Film brief overviews for interested guests, schedule and confirm test drives, and accompany them to demonstrate features and equipment. Coordinate the entire sales process from presentation to pre-finance paperwork, including delivery, warranty explanation, and scheduling manufacturer maintenance. Prospect for new business using the dealership database to develop a personal book of repeat clients. Maintain guest profiles in the database and ensure CSI scores meet manufacturer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience
- Exceptional Guest service skills
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid US government issued Driver's License
- Safe driving record
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced at using CRM software
- Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Some college
- Desire to achieve exceptional Guest Satisfaction scores
