Automotive Sales Associate

Assist customers entering the dealership by answering questions, helping them select vehicles, and explaining product performance, application, and benefits. Provide timely follow-up to maintain strong relationships, determine customer needs through active listening, and deliver vehicles while ensuring they understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork. Keep abreast of incoming inventory and accessories to highlight benefits, and introduce customers to service personnel to emphasize repair quality and efficiency. Requires 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, a high school diploma, and excellent negotiation skills.
