Job Summary
Greet and assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot, then sell or lease a minimum of 10 units per month. Fully explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects while offering test drives following proper identification procedures. Utilize the dealership sales control and follow-up system to capture internet sales and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction while understanding and complying with federal, state, and local laws governing retail automobile sales. Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the sales manager and maintain regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to use computer hardware/software
- Team player with a positive attitude, willing to work in a team-oriented process
- Strong sales skills and ability to sell
- Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable with company insurance
