Job Summary
Automotive Sales Associate responsible for building relationships and creating customers for life by guiding buyers through vehicle selection, asking questions, listening, and delivering high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles. The role requires following up with buyers to generate referrals, overcoming objections, and thriving in sales situations, with direct reporting to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities. The position emphasizes a positive attitude, strong communication, and a professional presentation, supported by in-house training and online/in-store programs. Guaranteed base commission is advertised at $3,500 per month, with additional earning potential through commission; training and benefits are provided.
