Job Summary
Build relationships and create customers for life by assisting them in selecting a vehicle through attentive questioning and listening. Demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally while mastering product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology. Overcome objections to thrive in sales situations and follow up with buyers to ensure repeat and referral business. Direct reports to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while working flexible hours and weekends. Submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
