Job Summary
Build relationships and create customers for life by assisting them in selecting a vehicle through careful questioning and listening. Act as the vehicle expert by mastering product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology to perform high-quality demonstrations of new and used cars. Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business and learn to overcome objections while thriving in sales situations. Direct reports to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while working flexible hours and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have a satisfactory driving record
