Automotive Sales Associate

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group seeks a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to greet customers at the dealership, understand their vehicle needs, and help them select a vehicle that fits those needs. You will provide timely follow-up, build strong customer relationships, explain product performance and options, describe warranty and paperwork, and ensure a smooth delivery process. You’ll stay informed about inventory and features to benefit customers and introduce them to the service department for ongoing vehicle care. The role requires 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service and negotiation skills, self-motivation, teamwork, and a willingness to undergo a background check. Must be 18+ and able to comply with driving policy. Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, growth opportunities, and a performance-driven environment with incentive-based pay.
