Automotive Sales Associate

Assist customers entering the dealership by answering questions, helping them select vehicles, and explaining product performance, application, and benefits. Provide timely follow-up, maintain strong customer relationships, and determine individual needs through active listening. Deliver vehicles to customers while ensuring they understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork. Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, and accessories to highlight relevant benefits. Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize repair quality and efficiency. This role offers a potential pay range of $60,000-$150,000 with incentive-based pay, plus medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off. Candidates need 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, a high school diploma, and must be 18+ to comply with driving policies.
