Job Summary
Assist customers entering the dealership by answering questions and helping them select a vehicle that meets their needs. Provide timely follow-up to maintain strong relationships, explain product performance and benefits while determining specific vehicle requirements through active listening. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork. Keep abreast of incoming inventory and accessories, and introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight repair quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
