Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, online, and via phone to identify their needs and present suitable vehicle options. Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right car, truck, or SUV, then facilitate the full sales cycle including test drives, pricing discussions, and closing. Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety, financing options, and trim levels while building relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OEM products, incentives, and competitor vehicles using CRM systems to track leads and follow-ups. Collaborate with F&I Managers to support financing and protection products, assist with vehicle deliveries, and support marketing initiatives. Participate in ongoing training for automotive sales techniques and digital retailing while maintaining compliance with dealership processes and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a commission-based or target-driven role such as automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service
- Comfortable learning and presenting technical product information
- A familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, or digital selling platforms
- A Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance dealership environment
- A passion for people with strong relationship building skills and a customer-first mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
