Job Summary
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate vehicles and options. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, then prepare and present purchase options clearly and professionally. Work with management and the finance team to finalize deals while maintaining accurate documentation and following dealership procedures. Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and repeat business. This role offers hourly pay ranging from $16.90 to $36.00 plus commission, with benefits including medical insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check
