Job Summary
Automotive Sales Associate at Tuttle-Click CJDRF helps customers choose Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and Fiat vehicles by guiding them through a professional, transparent car-buying experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding needs, presenting vehicle features, pricing, and financing options, conducting test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, following up to build long-term relationships, and collaborating with management, finance, and support staff to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry
