Job Summary
Automotive Sales Associates are responsible for conducting business ethically and professionally, investing time in continuous product knowledge training, and maintaining consistent client contact. Responsibilities include accurately presenting vehicle features, negotiating pricing options, and providing excellent customer service before and after the sale. Candidates must be willing to work 50+ hours per week, including every Saturday. Required skills include strong computer and phone abilities, multitasking, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Commission-based experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Customer facing sales or customer service experience
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No major violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, etc.)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background screening
