Job Summary
Automotive Sales Associate at Napleton Genesis of Carmel responsible for assisting customers, answering questions, identifying vehicle needs, explaining product performance and benefits, presenting options, delivering vehicles, and following up to build customer relationships. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
