Job Summary
Assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot by engaging them to understand vehicle needs, showcasing Ford models, and conducting test drives. Explain product performance, pricing, financing options, and promotions while collaborating with the finance department to complete sales transactions. After purchase, introduce buyers to service personnel and ensure they understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork during delivery. Follow up on post-delivery items, tag work, and special requests to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat business. This full-time role (Monday to Saturday) requires a valid driver's license, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Energetic, positive self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a can-do mentality
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional manner
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Eager to learn dealership best practices
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in and out
- Valid Drivers licence
