Job Summary
Assist customers entering the dealership by answering questions, helping them select vehicles, and explaining product performance, application, and benefits. Provide timely follow-up to maintain strong relationships, deliver vehicles while ensuring customers understand operating features and paperwork, and keep abreast of incoming inventory to describe available accessories. Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of repairs and maintenance. Maintain an enthusiastic, goal-oriented presence in a team environment while meeting sales targets. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
