Job Summary
Assist customers entering the dealership by answering questions, helping them select vehicles, and explaining product performance and benefits. Provide timely follow-up to maintain strong relationships, determine customer needs through active listening, and deliver vehicles while ensuring they understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork. Keep abreast of incoming inventory and features to highlight customer benefits, and introduce prospects to service department personnel to emphasize repair quality and efficiency. Maintain excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
