Job Summary
Automotive Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through the entire car-buying experience, from first contact to drive-off. Responsibilities include engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person; conducting in-depth product demonstrations; collaborating with inventory and acquisition teams on trade-ins; presenting and explaining purchase terms, pricing, payments, and loan structures; and following up to ensure a positive buying experience. The role emphasizes customer-focused communication, product knowledge, negotiation of terms, and delivering a confident, informed car-purchase journey. Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Automotive sales experience is preferred. Fully supports an uncapped commissions, performance-based pay structure, and comprehensive company benefits.
