Job Summary
Automotive Sales Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to our top salesperson, including preparing and maintaining sales documents and contracts, entering/updating customer information, handling phone inquiries, scheduling meetings, processing sales paperwork, filing/organizing records, and maintaining professional communication logs. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to pass background, driving record, and pre-hire drug screening checks.
