Job Summary
Answer internet leads via phone and email, conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds, and work with customers from initial inquiry through final sale. Build rapport to establish a referral network, confirm appointments, and make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, after-sales, and repeat business. Maintain professional business attire and utilize a customer relations management database to track interactions. Must have strong computer and phone skills, a valid driver's license, and be at least eighteen years old. Bi-lingual candidates are preferred.
