Job Summary
Lead customers through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing and paperwork; present vehicle deals and financing options; use a CRM to track customer interactions; educate customers on Ken Garff benefits; maintain high customer satisfaction; complete ongoing training through Ken Garff University to stay current on vehicle products and features; represent the dealership and Ken Garff Automotive; minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related roles; high school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.; valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record.
