Job Summary
Perform repairs including basic suspension and steering diagnosis and repair, basic brake diagnosis and repair, alignments, tire repair, fluid maintenance exchange, and battery check and installation. Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills, follow safety policies, organize work for efficiency, and demonstrate ability to perform repairs on vehicles as specified by manufacturer procedures. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and typically two years of experience as an automotive technician; ASE certification in two categories preferred; valid driver’s license; able to lift up to 75 lbs; able to pass pre-employment screenings. Role is full-time with a base hourly pay of $20.53-$31.31 plus productivity bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to accurately repair vehicles using standard automotive procedures
- Valid Driver’s License
- ASE or car dealer certification preferred in at least two categories (Suspension & Steering, Brakes) or equivalent knowledge with ability to attain within 12 months
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods
- Complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position
