Job Summary
Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work on Engine, Transmission, Suspension, Brake, Electrical, and HVAC systems. Maintain high technical expertise, keep work areas compliant with safety standards, and mentor other technicians and service associates. Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices. This full-time role requires a minimum of 30 billable hours per week, with rotations including Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Advanced diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Master Technician or Dealership certifications
- ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification
- Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team
- Ability to certify within 12 months
