Job Summary
Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and perform repairs and maintenance on various makes, models, and ages. Utilize extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to deliver high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards. Rotate through all Lube Technician duties including Upper Bay, Lower Bay, Greeter, and Cashier roles under daily assignments from management. Ensure timely completion of tasks, maintain accurate data input, and provide prompt, courteous customer service. Possess valid driver's license, ASE certification, and ability to handle heavy equipment and tools in a garage environment.

- Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicles, regardless of their age, make, or model
- Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards to uphold the shop's reputation for excellence
- Proven experience as auto mechanic
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc
- High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship
- Valid certification (e.g ASE)
- To successfully perform the essential functions of the position, the employee must be able to read and write English
- The employee must be able to reach four feet in height overhead
- Some bending, stretching, and walking up/down the stairs will be used constantly
- The employee must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers and respond to communication calls from co-workers
- Mobility is required
