Job Summary
Experienced Store Manager needed for the MOD program at GoodGuys Tire & Auto Repair in the Fresno area. The role involves leading store teams, coaching staff, driving toward sales and profit targets, recruiting and evaluating employees, ensuring policy compliance, managing store finances and assets, maintaining clean and well-merchandised facilities, and delivering high-quality customer service. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and the ability to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Training and on-the-job practice are provided through the MOD program, with placement as store manager as vacancies arise.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience leading a team in a similar role (retail or automotive service management)
- Proven experience in retail or automotive service management
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements
- Willingness to relocate or accept placement in an open store upon program completion
- Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends
