Job Summary
Direct and manage the overall daily operations of the retail store to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximize profit. Drive sales growth as the leader of the customer experience on the sales floor. Supervise a team of associates while ensuring ethical selling practices and proficient knowledge of auto repair. Maintain excellent communication with clients and co-workers, multitasking effectively in an aggressive, competitive, and growth-oriented environment. A valid driver's license is required for this full-time role in the Phoenix area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail tire and automotive
- Able to sell ethically
- Proficient knowledge of auto repair
- Excellent communication with clients and co-workers
- Experience supervising a team of associates
- Multitasking
- Experience in a management capacity where managing team sales and bottom-line performance is a must
- Automotive industry experience
- Can speak, read and write English
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before customers and employees
- Valid driver's license
