Job Summary
Direct and manage overall daily operations of the retail store to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximize profit. Drive sales growth as the leader of the customer experience on the sales floor, supervising a team of associates while ensuring ethical selling practices. Maintain proficiency in auto repair knowledge and effectively communicate with clients and co-workers. Requires a valid driver's license, minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail tire and automotive, and ability to multitask. Full-time position with pay ranging from $80,000 to $140,000 per year plus potential earnings of $150+ depending on motivation.

- Automotive industry experience
- Can speak, read and write English
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before customers and employees
- Valid driver's license
