Job Summary
Oversee and mentor repair technicians; collaborate with service advisors to ensure work is appropriately assigned; oversee repair and maintenance to meet manufacturer and industry standards; maintain clear communication with customers and ensure updates and timelines are met; road-test vehicles to verify repairs; complete and review work orders and inspection forms; assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and overall shop operations; contribute to hiring and development of staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree in Automotive Technology or ASE Certification a plus)
- 4+ years of experience in automotive repair
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the USA
