Job Summary
Oversee daily shop operations, lead service technicians, and manage customer relationships while maintaining workflow efficiency. Handle scheduling, staff management, and quality marketing efforts including developing a social media presence. Maintain a hands-on approach by working with tools when needed and upholding high standards for honest work. Valid driver's license required; ASE certification a plus. No weekend work required. Located in South Fayette Township, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a related supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of general automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage scheduling, staff, and shop workflow
- Valid driver's license
- A hands-on leader who can also work with tools when needed
- Skilled in quality marketing to help grow the business, including developing a social media presence across all social media channels
