Job Summary
Automotive Repair & Maintenance Technicians needed to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles at Asheville Ford Lincoln. Role involves completing work efficiently and accurately to dealership/manufacturer standards, conducting multi-point inspections to identify service opportunities, and communicating clearly with service advisors and team members while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment. Opportunities include competitive pay with flat rate + incentives, full benefits, paid training and ongoing certification, and a 5-year training program to reach $100k, plus annual retention bonus. Must have valid driver's license and a willingness to obtain Ford/Lincoln certification. Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred
- Ford or Lincoln certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
