Job Summary
Wash vehicle exteriors using cleaning solutions, water, cloths, brushes, and clay bars to clean surfaces. Correct paint imperfections with cloths or buffing machines. Vacuum interiors to remove loose dirt and debris, then clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces with appropriate agents and devices. Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to vinyl or leather, treating fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals. Clean engine compartments with steam equipment and various agents to remove grease and grime. Apply special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials, following manufacturer recommendations. Inspect vehicles thoroughly and maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment. Keep work areas neat and operate tools safely. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to drive manual transmission, and physical capability to lift 50lbs. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English
- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Ability to lift 50lbs
