Automotive Reconditioner (PDR) Paintless Dent Repair

Job Summary
Conduct cosmetic dent repairs using trained techniques and various tools on small to midsized dents, including paintless dent removal and minor hail damage fixes. Remove trim to access vehicle body and fenders, then review all completed work with lead or supervisor. Collaborate with Reconditioning Center Management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair costs and overall vehicle quality. Identify and complete repairs effectively the first time to minimize re-work and delays in production. Adhere to safety guidelines, policies, and practices while promoting teamwork and maintaining a compliant work space. Meet metric performance targets and communicate causes and recommended corrections for vehicle issues.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certificate or Associates degree in automotive technology or work experience equivalent (2 years or more) in automotive repair
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet
- Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance
- Must be able to communicate in English
