Automotive Receptionist (Part-Time)

Greet and receive prospects and customers with a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor. Refer customers with additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff members. Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise, directing them to the correct individual for further assistance. Assist with various clerical duties as needed.
