Automotive Receptionist/BDC (Full-Time)

Make consistent outbound calls to new and existing customer leads, follow up via phone, text, and email, and answer incoming calls professionally. Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments while managing internet leads and customer inquiries. Maintain accurate customer notes within the CRM and re-engage older leads still in the market. Assist customers entering the dealership and perform basic administrative duties to support the sales team. Meet individual and department goals for calls, contacts, and appointments. This role requires comfort with high-volume calling and a friendly, confident phone presence. Previous automotive BDC experience is strongly preferred.
