Job Summary
Greet customers and handle incoming calls with a welcoming demeanor to initiate positive visits. Accurately file receipts and permits to maintain precise record-keeping for quick data retrieval. Review money and permit receipts to ensure consistent tracking methods are utilized. Effectively communicate with customers, guide them to appropriate departments, and help resolve complaints or adjustments. Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work environment while reporting to work on time. Operate equipment safely and perform other duties as requested by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent, preferred
- One year of reception experience in a retail facility is desirable
- Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
- One year of customer service experience
- Professional communication skills
