Job Summary
Review work order notes to understand repair needs, then perform initial removal of assigned body parts such as panels, bumpers, and interiors. Document labor time as repairs progress, re-assemble painted vehicles and parts, and report any equipment failures to management immediately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the process. This role requires 1+ year of body repair experience and involves physically demanding tasks including lifting 50 pounds and exposure to toxic chemicals. Starting compensation is $19.00 - $21.00/hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year body repair experience
- Regularly required to stand and walk
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity
- Repetitive motion tasks
- Frequent exposure to toxic chemicals
- Moderate noise level
- Protective equipment may be required to wear
