Automotive Quick Lane Manager

Oversee all aspects of the Quick Lane, including daily monitoring of sales, gross profit, and expenses. Handle customer concerns requiring management involvement and maintain positive relationships with manufacturer representatives. Keep repair orders current while hiring, training, and monitoring the performance of all service department staff. Maintain training and certification requirements per manufacturer and dealer standards. Requires prior Service Manager experience at a dealership with two or more years in the automotive industry. Valid driver's license and ability to work prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry are essential. Always closed on Sunday.
