Job Summary
Load automotive parts onto the production line for assembly, capable of lifting and loading parts weighing up to 40 lbs. Execute all work in a safe manner while complying with safety rules, standard operating procedures, and policies. Read, interpret, and adhere to work instructions and procedure manuals. Maintain high attention to detail and tolerance for repetitive tasks while utilizing basic hand tools. Stand for long periods and demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Work a rotating schedule of days and afternoons, including required production Saturdays for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Previous Manufacturing experience
- High attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Tolerance for repetitive work tasks
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Familiarity with using basic hand tools
- Ability to work a two-shift rotation
- Ability to work required production Saturdays
- Ability to read, interpret and adhere to documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, procedure manuals, and policies
