Job Summary
Automotive Dispatcher/Production Manager role at Ed Napleton Automotive Group located in Aurora, IL. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
- A valid driver’s license
- A clean driving record
- Proven track record of leading and developing associates
- Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics
- Understanding of CDK is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work with and through teams to achieve results
- Strong analysis and decision making ability
- Proficient computer skills
