Job Summary
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain product benefits, performance, and optional equipment upgrades to prospective clients. Assist with lead generation by managing email and text communication, setting appointments, and recording lead information in the CRM. Collaborate with sales managers on pricing and upgrade options while ensuring clients receive essential details before scheduled dealership visits. Stay current on the latest vehicle production developments and market changes, and participate in community events and sales meetings. Utilize the Customer Retention Management system and Business Development Center tools to support customer follow-up processes and the Finance and Insurance (F&I) delivery process.
