Job Summary
Help clients find vehicles by asking thoughtful questions, listening to their needs, and utilizing online tools to review features and packages. Present professional demonstrations on hybrid tools, green fuel options, and navigation systems while explaining product benefits and optional upgrades. Collaborate with sales managers on pricing, manage email and text communication for lead generation, and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations. Track market changes, record lead information, and conduct vehicle appraisals using the Customer Retention Management system. Staying current on production developments and participating in community events supports the dealership's Customer Satisfaction Index.
Required Qualifications
