Job Summary
Greet and guide clients arriving on the lot, engaging in conversation to understand their needs and assist in identifying vehicles that fulfill their wants. Act as the vehicle expert by mastering product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology, then customize vehicle delivery while ensuring clients understand operational features. Perform daily follow-ups using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). This role supports store operations at Fields Auto Group in Northfield, where the team treats employees with respect. The position offers competitive wages of $18.00 per hour, medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to the dealership's guidelines
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must have close vision and depth perception
- Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to finger and reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk frequently
- Must be able to work 50% or more standing and walking in all weather conditions
