Job Summary
Prep, sand, and buff vehicles; remove and install bumpers; perform minor plastic welding and small area bodywork including Bondo repair. Execute single panel repairs and light bodywork in high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools. Work in a fast-paced production environment while lifting up to 60 pounds independently. Maintain safety compliance with required protective equipment including face shields, goggles, gloves, and masks. Possess a valid driver's license and ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. Join a team dedicated to inspecting and perfecting vehicles before they reach customers.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver's license
- subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- ability to work while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs
