Job Summary
Perform high-quality paintless dent repair on customer and inventory vehicles, including door dings, creases, minor collision dents, and hail damage without painting. Accurately assess vehicle damage and provide repair estimates while maintaining detailed records of hours billed and parts used. Collaborate with service managers and reconditioning teams to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround and meet OEM-level quality standards. Adhere to dealership safety and compliance policies while working full-time, including weekends if required.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on PDR expertise, including hail repair and high-volume dealership work
- Ability to deliver OEM-level quality standards consistently
- Experience estimating repairs, documenting work, and collaborating with reconditioning teams
- Strong work ethic with ability to handle high volume while maintaining precision
- Excellent communication skills for working with managers, teammates, and dealership staff
- 3–5 years of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) in a dealership, reconditioning center, or mobile technician environment
- Proven experience with hail damage repair, dent/crease removal, glue pulling, and light reflection techniques
- Prior work in dealership service or reconditioning departments
- Exposure to collision repair or body shop environments (without painting/refinishing), including damage assessment and repair estimates
- Experience supporting fleet, rental car, or auction vehicles
- Familiarity with PDR tools, estimating software (MobileTechRX, CCC, etc.), and dealership-level quality expectations
- At least 3 years of professional PDR experience in dealership, reconditioning, or equivalent settings
- Demonstrated skill with PDR tools, glue pulling, and light reflection techniques
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends if dealership schedule requires
