Job Summary
Provide detailed automotive parts knowledge to customers, assisting with sales questions, installations, and service support while acting as the technical expert for both clients and the sales team. Relay customer feedback to the Sales and Engineering teams to identify trends for product improvement and modification. Champion customers throughout the RMA process and resolve complaints via phone or email. Maintain high product and service knowledge, demonstrating vehicle maintenance experience and ASE certification as required. Work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Vehicle maintenance experience
- 2 years customer facing service experience preferred
- Demonstrated vehicle maintenance experience, ASE Automotive Certification or equivalent preferred
