Job Summary
In-store customer-facing role advising customers on vehicle parts, placing and following up on orders, providing product expertise and recommendations, and building customer relationships in a Canadian NAPA-affiliated division. Requires excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a diploma in automotive parts sales or related experience (asset). Required Qualifications
- Diploma in automotive parts sales and/or automotive parts experience (asset)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Create and maintain customer relationships
- In-store customer service experience
